U9 (2013,2014)   On-ice 11:30am-12:30pm, Off-ice 12:45pm-1:45pm

U11 (2011,2012)   On-ice 12:45pm-1:45pm, Off-ice 2:00-3:00pm

U13 (2009,2010) On-ice 2:00pm-3:00pm, Off-ice 3:15pm-4:14pm

4 Hours On-ice  30 Minute Individual Skills, 30 Minutes  3v3, Cross-ice games for maximum ice-time and unstructured play. The most a team will have is 6 so reps are high. Ability to match Players level for competitive play for all.

3 - 50 minute Off-ice Stickhandling Conditioning training
