- U7 (9 hours) U9-U13 (10 hours) On-ice & off-ice, U15-U17(6 hours) On-ice only
- U9-U13 Includes ON-ICE (75 min sessions, Stickhandling, Shooting & Scoring, Powerskating, Battle & Compete, small area games. Includes OFF-ICE (60 min sessions) Stickhandling coitioning, Activities, Ball Hockey, Shooting Challenges age specific
- U15 & U17 ON-ICE ONLY (75 min sessions) 30 min Shooting & scoring, 45 min 3V3
- Goalies welcomed at reduced rate

- 75 min sessions 5 Hours
- 2nd yr U7 can join U9 if experienced skater
- U9-U13 , 45 min Stride development,edgework,explosive starts,power turns,transitional skating, backwards skating & 30 min 3v3
- U15-17 30 min Skills 45 min (NAIT 3V3) Age groups divided
- Practice Goalies welcomed at reduced rate
- Centennial Arena, Edson District and Leisure Centre

U9 10:30am-11:45am on-ice, 12:00pm-1:00pm off-ice
U11 12:30pm-1:45pm On-ice, 2:00pm-3:00pm off-ice
U13 2:30pm-3:45pm on-ice, 4:00pm-5:00pm off-ice
U15-U17 5:30pm-6:45pm on-ice only 30 shooting & scoring, 45min 3V3
U17 7:00pm-8:15pm if groups split

U15-U17 - 7:45pm-9:00pm on-ice only (15min warm up 60 min NAIT 3v3) age groups divided
