U9     On-ice 12:45pm-1:45pm, Off-ice 2:00pm-3:00pm (FULL)

U11  On-ice 2:00pm-3:00pm, Off-ice 3:15-4:15pm ( 5 spots left)

5 Hours On-ice  High pace skating, puck handling and shooting drills combined with small area games.  Reps are high. Ability to match Players level for competitive play for all.
