U9 On-ice 11:30am-12:30pm, Off-ice 12:45pm-1:45pm
U11 On-ice 12:45pm-1:45pm, Off-ice 2:00-3:00pm
5 Hours On-ice High pace skating, puck handling and shooting drills combined with small area games. Reps are high. Ability to match Players level for competitive play for all.
4 - 60 minute Off-ice Ball Hockey & Stickhandling Conditioning training sessions
